What we are looking for:

Are you passionate about uncovering insights from patient-level data to shape better outcomes in life 
sciences? At ProcDNA, we’re growing our Patient Analytics Team and are looking for a Senior 
Engagement Lead with 7-9 years of hands-on experience in patient journey analytics within the 
pharma space.

What you‘ll do:

• Lead client discussions and deliver custom analytics solutions around patient journey mapping, treatment progression, and behavior segmentation.


• Develop and validate patient-level datasets by integrating claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data


• Translate complex data into actionable insights to support brand, access, and medical strategies


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, market access, and field operations


• Contribute to building internal accelerators for cohort identification, line-of-therapy analytics, and patient journey visualization

Must have:

• 7-9 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages
  Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.


• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data-driven narratives


• Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)


• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights


• Comfort working with global teams and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment
