Senior Engineer

Should be able to identify required changes in the firmware and complete UPS & board level test to address issues from the field, customization and new product development. 1. Design and develop hardware circuits for UPS systems, including power conversion, control, and protection circuits. Develop and optimize embedded firmware for microcontrollers and DSPs used in UPS applications. Perform schematic design, PCB layout review, and component selection. Ensure compliance with safety, EMI/EMC standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with mechanical, software, and testing teams for integrated product development. Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and support production teams during NPI (New Product Introduction). 1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. 1. Analog & digital circuit design Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD) and simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB). Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
