Senior Engineer

·         Ensuring the overall
quality of the process engineering work of Specific
process areas of the plant for which he/she will be directly
responsible. 

·         Ensuring planned
engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering deliverables for
OIL AND PEOJECT OFFSHORE PROJECT, process engineering, planning &
scheduling, preparation of progress report.

·         Process Design &
Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design
calculations, process optimization, sizing & selection of equipment etc.

·         Review and verification
of DD Contractors / Vendors’ documents, drawings, specifications, datasheets,
calculations, verification and validation of FEED design & calculations.

·         Review and verification
of MRs, TBEs, Purchase Specifications, evaluation of Vendor’s quotations,
calculations, Technical Bid Analysis;

·         Participation in PFD,
P&ID, HAZOP / SIL & Model reviews during Detail Design;  

·         Clarifying OWNER Scope
interpretations for the Licensor and DD/EPC Contractor, thus ensuring
consistency of the relevant process units to the overall plant philosophies and
standards.

·         Ensure DD/EPC
Contractor process engineering work are implemented and completed in accordance
with the scope, schedule and other contract requirements with quality of high
standard and integrity.

·         Assist Project Manager
on activities on the technical track, including inputs as needed in feedback
reports as dictated by the Process Engineer

·         Attending all process
reviews, safety and risk reviews relevant to the specified units and to comment
based on sound engineering competence.

·         Reviewing all technical
documentation relevant to the specified units for quality.

Requirements

· 
   Review, verification and validation of all process design
deliverables, equipment specification, design calculation / analysis,
procurement specification.

·        
Interface with and support other disciplines in review and verification of
design documents.

·        
Estimation / engineering work related to bids.
