Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. 15. Validation of civil structural drawing & BOQ validation for new project and for trunky projects.

16. Discussion with structural consultant & drawing validation & input for any correction.

17. Knowledge of ESD flooring requirements which is applicable to electronic manufacturing facility.

18. Depth knowledge different water proofing technologies like membrane technologies, TPO,PVC, EPDM.

19. Depth knowledge of BIS & IS codes related to civil structural.



EHS Managerial skills: 



1. Conducting hazard assessment, minimization of risk in order to provide safe workplace

2. On site emergency procedure development & preparedness

3. Conducting safety campaigns for awareness & safety culture improvement within organization

4. Conducting mock drills for identified occupational & environmental emergencies

5. Supporting to all internal & external audits & implementing the solution towards compliance

6. Permit to work procedures & contractor trainings

7. Coordination for internal & external certification audits

8. Coordination with Emergency response team & Cross functional team

9. Detail knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 audit requirement & clauses

10. Detail knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 audit requirement & clauses

BE in Civil Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience. or

Diploma in Civil Should have 5 to 8 years of professional experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Worked in cross functional teams

Experience in handling Facility management tasks and exposure to statutory guidelines and approvals related 

to Real Estate & facilities will be an added advantage
