## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm India Private Limited\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Group, Engineering Group \u003e Software Engineering\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nJob Description\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Looking for highly skilled and motivated engineers working on IoT Audio technologies.\n\n * Audio DSP framework/algorithms/codecs development.\n\n * Design and implementation of audio DSP software.\n\n * Customer requirements decomposition, solution implementation, and customer support.\n\n * Adding audio algorithms and developing audio framework.\n\n * RTOS experience\n\n * Build the processes to achieve high quality software development\n\n * Make the right technical choices and tradeoffs governed by data driven development\n\n * Coordinate with cross-functional teams contributing to the overall success of the projects\n\n * Continuous improvement of quality and performance of the software and raise the bar\n\n * Decide the objective and goals and drive team towards achieving those\n\n * Guide the team for shipping the solutions\n\n\n\n\n \nRequirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s or master\u0027s degree in computers, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field with proven experience with focus on software development for embedded SOCs\n\n * Thrive in Linux and RTOS development platforms.\n\n * Good understanding of signal processing fundamentals, Audio fundamentals, Audio algorithms, Audio codecs, DSP architecture.\n\n * Good understanding and hands-on experience of audio DSP frameworks, APPS-DSP interfacing\n\n * Strong C/C++ programming skills.\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. \n \n\u2022 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
