We are seeking multiple highly skilled Machine Learning \u0026 Data Science Engineers who can independently drive end\u2011to\u2011end development of scalable data pipelines, ML/NLP models, and production\u2011grade Python systems.\n\nThese roles require strong technical depth across Machine Learning, NLP, Data Engineering, and Python backend development, along with the ability to work autonomously and deliver high\u2011impact solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMachine Learning \u0026 NLP\n\n * Develop, fine\u2011tune, and deploy ML and NLP models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit\u2011learn.\n * Apply advanced NLP methods including Transformers, BERT\u2011based models, and LLM fine\u2011tuning.\n * Build Retrieval\u2011Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, Milvus, etc.\n * Work with model registries and cloud ML environments (HuggingFace, AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML).\n\n\n\nData Engineering \u0026 Infrastructure\n\n * Design and implement scalable ETL and data ingestion pipelines using SQL, NoSQL, and big\u2011data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, PySpark).\n * Build efficient data models, schema designs, and storage strategies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).\n * Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across distributed systems.\n * Own documentation and architecture of data flows.\n\n\n\nPython Development\n\n * Develop scalable backend components and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).\n * Automate workflows, model pipelines, and data processing using Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy.\n * Integrate ML solutions into production systems with clean, modular, well\u2011documented code.\n\n\n\nCollaboration \u0026 Ownership\n\n * Work independently to design, build, and deliver complete ML/Data solutions.\n * Partner with cross\u2011functional teams including systems, hardware, architects, and test teams.\n * Translate business requirements into technical approaches and drive execution.\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s/Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.\n * 4\u201315 years of experience across ML, NLP, and Data Engineering.\n * Expert\u2011level Python programming with hands\u2011on experience in backend/API development.\n * Strong knowledge of ML/NLP algorithms, LLMs, and RAG frameworks.\n * Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.\n * Experience with big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.\n * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).\n * Strong communication, analytical, and problem\u2011solving skills.\n * Ability to work independently and take end\u2011to\u2011end ownership of solutions.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. \n \n\u2022 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
