The roles and responsibilities essentially includes -
Technical Advisory & Project Support -
- Manage development of renewable energy projects across prefeasibility, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Conduct site assessments, engineering reviews, energy yield assessments, and identify technical risks and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare RfPs, technical specifications, bid evaluations, and technical recommendations.
- Review engineering documents, EPC submissions, technical specifications, and vendor offers for compliance with project requirements.
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination -
- Prepare technical reports, review comments, risk registers, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, EPC contractors, and SgurrEnergy's technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Maintain quality, technical compliance, and project documentation throughout the assignment.
Skills & Competencies -
- Experience in Solar PV engineering, Owner's Engineer, or technical advisory assignments.
- Knowledge of site assessment, PVsyst -based energy yield analysis, engineering reviews and procurement support.
- Familiarity with international engineering standards ( especially middle east region) and applicable local regulations.
- Strong analytical, report -writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a client -facing environment and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or
master’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or

Deputation and Benefits
- Employment will formally transition from SgurrEnergy India to SgurrEnergy Saudi as per local labour laws, with full continuity of service, tenure, and benefits.
- Work visa and Iqama will be sponsored and processed by SgurrEnergy Saudi, including all documentation, medical tests (GAMCA), and stamping.
- You will be onboarded on the Saudi payroll with applicable statutory benefits.
- A formal Deputation/Assignment Agreement will be executed to define terms and ensure job security.
- Compensation will be aligned with Saudi market standards, including:
• Housing and accommodation allowance
• Transportation allowance
• Per diem allowance
• Medical insurance as per Saudi regulations
• Annual leave and holidays governed by Saudi labour law
- Company will sponsor to -and -fro travel (India–Saudi–India) twice a year with a gap of 6 months
- Pre -departure briefing and post -arrival onboarding support will be provided.
