Senior Engineer -Finishing Work For Real Estate_Pune(Tathawade)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology and finishing works for high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing both structural and interior finishing phases to ensure timely, high-quality execution in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Mivan Work Execution:

• 
  

  Supervise Mivan shuttering, alignment, reinforcement checks, and deshuttering.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure correct sequencing and quality during slab, wall, and column casting.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and manage concrete pouring, curing, and surface preparation.

  
  

Finishing Work Supervision:

• 
  

  Oversee all internal and external finishing activities – plaster, putty, painting, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, doors/windows, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with subcontractors for timely execution of finishing works.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct quality checks at each stage of finishing and ensure snag-free delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with purchase and stores teams for timely material availability.

  
  

General Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Ensure daily work is carried out as per the project plan and quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and checklists.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for work integration.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with safety and site protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve technical issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate construction, with mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan technology and finishing works.

  
  


• 
  

  Sound understanding of aluminium formwork systems and finishing standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and leadership skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.

  
  

Preferred:

• 
  

  Experience in high-rise residential/township projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of RERA compliance and local building norms.
