## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n\"The Senior Engineer \u2013 Control Systems is responsible for designing, implementing, validating, and sustaining control system solutions for industrial, power, energy, or digital products with Energy Control Systems group products. This role operates as a strong individual contributor, owning complex subsystems while collaborating closely with cross\u2011functional teams to deliver robust, safe, and scalable control functionality that meets product and customer requirements.\" \n\n\"The Senior Engineer \u2013 Control Systems is responsible for technical implementation, validation, and delivery of control system solutions across industrial, power, energy, or digital products. This role leads end\u2011to\u2011end controls design, mentors engineers, and partners with product, hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver safe, scalable, and reliable control solutions aligned with business and customer outcomes.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or related discipline. \nPreferred: Masters in in electrical or Electronics engineering from an accredited institution.\" \n5\u20138 years of experience in Power and control systems design and delivery.\n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Experience utilizing/developing standards and best practices in Power and control engineering. \n\u2022 Experience with Microgrid, Utilities, EV domains. \n\u2022 Good expeirence in Power system and power electronics modeling and controlling tools and languages (Typhoon/RTDS/OPAL-RT/Python/ MATLAB \u0026 Simulink/ C/C++/ script, etc. any one) must. \n\u2022 Control theory fundamentals \n\u2022 Real\u2011time system behavior \n\u2022 Diagnostics and fault handling \nPreferred Skills \n\u2022 Functional safety exposure (SIL, IEC, UL standards). \n\u2022 Experience with digital, IIoT, or edge\u2011to\u2011cloud control integrations. \n\u2022 Knowledge of power electronics, drives, microgrids, EV, or energy management systems. \n\u2022 Agile/Scrum development exposure. \n\"Owns moderately complex control subsystems or features. \nRequires limited supervision for day\u2011to\u2011day technical execution. \nDemonstrates strong engineering judgment and discipline. \nCollaborates effectively across teams and locations. \nProgressing toward technical leadership capability.\"\n
