Job Description - Senior Engineer QMS

1.Ensuring that process needed for quality management system

(QMS) is established, implemented, put into practice, and sustained.

2.Acted & succeeded in implementation and continual improvement of ISO 9001.

3.Scheduled and conducted internal audits of the Quality Management System.

4.Coordinating with certification body for obtaining and maintaining quality certification.

5.Preparing and revisiting the QMS documents (Quality system manual, Quality system procedures, work instruction and documented information).

6.Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting MRM.

7.Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits, preparing audit reports, submitting Nonconformity reports.

8.Measuring & monitoring the process performance (KPI).

9.Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action (CAPA).

10.Training employees on system requirements.

Requirements

IATF 16949 Certified Internal auditor

Benefits

To manage upcoming TUV SUD ISO 9001 Surveillance audit.

To be a part of the main audit to handle CAPA for the NCs robustly.
