SENIOR ENGINEER, TD DEVICE PI

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Drive and lead the device technology development of state-of-the-art CMOS providing solutions that are compatible with the memory architecture.
• Set up TCAD and wafer experiments to identify best solution for CMOS requirements
• Align with Design on required performance parameters
• Implement solution, execute CMOS development project in accordance with overall project progress and and requirements
• Ensure that CMOS module is not limiting project milestones like sample start, qual release and volume ramp. 
• Strong collaboration is required with product, probe, reliability, process, characterization, layout engineers and others
• Minimum Qualifications:  Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of advanced CMOS experience, additional experience with NAND a plus

Semiconductor industry experience is required, preferably in a top tier logic or memory company
Good understanding of semiconductor devices, processes and characterization techniques is required
Hands on experience with data analysis, device characterization and process integration is essential
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Strong record of planning and completion of complex projects
