Senior Engineer Testing & Commissioning

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Engineer – Testing & Commissioning to oversee end -to -end testing, validation, and commissioning activities of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will ensure systems and installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and performance requirements within project timelines.

The role involves coordinating with cross -functional teams, resolving technical issues on -site, and ensuring smooth project handover through structured testing and commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all testing and commissioning activities for engineering projects.
  
• Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and commissioning protocols.
  
• Ensure all systems and installations comply with engineering design, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.
  
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning phases.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring visits.
  
• Ensure proper documentation of test results, commissioning reports, and compliance records.
  
• Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  
• Support final project handover and client acceptance activities.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Civil Engineering or related field.
  
• 5–10 years of experience in Testing, Commissioning, or Project Execution roles (industrial/construction/manufacturing preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, testing methodologies, and commissioning standards.
  
• Experience in handling site execution and project coordination.
