• 10+ years of experience is software/web development in java-based technologies (Java, Springboot) and Angular

 • Proven track record of delivering and supporting production quality code in enterprise applications. • Extensive understanding of Java based Web-service technologies and knowledge of server-side design patterns, object-oriented design etc. • Work experience in Spring, Rest based web services, Java 1.8. • Exposure to few of these: Spring Boot, Microservices, Kotlin, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Docker, Kubernete. 

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for their technical and professional growth. 

Foster a positive and productive team culture. •

 Ensure the team has the right mix of skills and capacity to deliver. 

Hire, onboard, and retain top talent. 

• Collaborative with the team to define and enforce technical standards and best practices.

 • Review architectural and design decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

 • Work with the Product Owner to align technical execution with business priorities. 

• Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

 • Act as the technical point of contact for leadership and stakeholders. 

• Provide updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
