Senior Engineering Ops Analyst

* Participates in the development or improvement of tools and processes to increase efficiency. * Financial accountability (e.g., does not involve budgeting responsibility). * Influence over key organizational decisions. ### Collaborate effectively across multiple business units, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver projects aligned with organizational goals. ### Draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and other commercial agreements with third‑party vendors, ensuring clarity on scope, deliverables, SLAs, and commercial terms. ### Own end‑to‑end vendor management, including vendor onboarding, performance tracking, governance reviews, and issue resolution. ### Track and manage budgets, spend, and monthly invoices/payments across multiple projects and vendors, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with approved budgets. ### Monitor vendor performance against contractual SLAs and KPIs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement where required. ### Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, facilitating clear communication, dependency management, and escalation handling. ### Partner with finance and procurement teams to support cost optimization, forecasting, and variance analysis across vendor engagements. ### Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and risk management standards in all vendor engagements. ### Support renewals, contract amendments, and negotiations to achieve optimal commercial and operational outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
