  strong global corporate law and compliance background.
  
• The candidate will
  provide legal advice and support on cross-border transactions, ensure compliance with international regulations, manage legal teams, and build relationships with clients worldwide.
  
  
• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
  
• 3-5 years of relevant experience are essential.
  
• The ideal candidate
  will have a passion for financial services and a global perspective, with
  a strong understanding of corporate law, securities law, and contract
  law.
