Role Summary

Analyst - Quality Control Microbiology 

Key Responsibilities

• Water sampling and analysis (purified water, water for injection and pure steam)


• To perform MLT, Bioburden, BET and sterility analysis.


• Media preparation, qualification of the reagents and media.


• Container closure integrity test.


• Perform Disinfectant efficacy test.


• Adhere to the schedule and carry out environment monitoring.


• Preparation of environment monitoring trends and summary report.


• Perform, Nitrogen/ compressed gas monitoring as per the requirement.


• Perform periodic identification of environment isolates.


• Participate in media fill, observation, result recording.


• To report any discrepancy/ incidents/deviations and coordinate during investigation.


• To ensure and maintain stock of required media, reagents, and other articles for environmental monitoring.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification: MSc (Microbiology)
Experience: 6 to 8 years
