Job Description - Senior Executive

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Axis Bank officials at the State HQ, district level and our internal district teams to ensure smooth operations, training, and activation of Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) on Axis Bank’s products and services.

Should be willing to take up additional services such as CIBIL & Mutual fund or any additional services as demanded by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise regularly with Axis Bank staff at the regional and branch levels.
Act as a single point of contact between Axis Bank and internal district managers to ensure business achievement & issue resolution.
Conduct regular training sessions (online/offline) for VLEs on Axis Bank products such as savings accounts, loans etc,.
Drive activation and transaction levels of Axis Bank products and other products assigned to the candidate.
Identify high -potential VLEs and support them.
Track progress on key performance indicators (KPI) such as account openings, loan applications, and transaction volume.
Provide weekly/monthly updates to management.
Address any operational challenges faced by VLEs or district managers in coordination with Axis Bank.
Ensure timely escalation and closure of concerns raised by stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Skills:

Ability to conduct training and motivate field -level agents.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluency in Kannada and English.
