Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Billing

We are looking for a Billing professional with experience in high -volume billing operations, invoice processing, reconciliations, and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end -to -end customer billing and invoice generation.
  
• Verify billing data, contracts, POs, and supporting documents.
  
• Handle invoice processing, vendor/customer reconciliations, and payment follow -ups.
  
• Perform billing, bank, vendor, and GL reconciliations.
  
• Support month -end closing, accruals, and MIS reporting.
  
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
  

Desired Profile:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
  
• 3–8 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or P2P processes.
  
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  

Preferred Industry Experience:

Telecom, ISP, IT Services, Managed Services, Shared Services, Logistics, Travel, or similar high -volume transaction environments.
