Job Description - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Social Media (International Business)

Social Media Growth & Management

Own day -to -day management of Ultraviolette’s International Meta Handles.
Stay on top of trends from respective geographies, plan, publish, and optimize content (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts)
Drive follower growth, engagement, and reach through organic strategies. Â· Perpetually liaising with multiple internal & external stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and ensure excellence in execution.

Short -Form Content Creation

Edit quick, high -impact videos (Reels & Stories) and Static Creatives optimized for Instagram.
Repurpose existing content into platform -native formats.

Community & Performance

Proposing & executing a framework for social media: Initiating the calendar, posting, handling comments & monitoring ORM. Â· Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and share insights. Â· Experiment with content formats and posting strategies to improve results.

Requirements

Proven examples of organic Instagram growth (metrics -driven)
Experience repurposing long -form or raw footage into Reels
Basic influencer or creator collaboration experience
Ability to identify trends, hooks, and content formats that drive reach
Copywriting for captions, hooks, and CTAs
Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand alignment
Cross -functional collaboration
