Senior Executive - Cinema Operations

1. Maintain the end-to-end operational relationship with cinema partners, ensuring that the cinema schedules, inventory and show times are accurate, ticketing solutions are optimized, and the user experience remains seamless.
   


2. Meet the Cinema Partner/Owners regularly and take the suggestions, giving feedback and closing issues within the time lines. Resolving the issues, with respect to payments, accounts, refunds, show cancellations and software and hardware etc.


3. 
   

   Tracking the sales reports, Master data and maintain them up to date. Sharing the required details to cinemas as and when required.

   
   


4. Adapting to and infusing new features and developments into the assigned territory to stay ahead of market trends.


5. Identify the opportunities at the cinema partners and strategically implement the Key objectives to improve the revenues.


6. Cross functional coordination by working closely with the finance, business and marketing teams to resolve partner issues or launch regional campaigns.

Your Checklist

1. 4-6 years of experince in operations preferably in cinema industry, QSR or Ecommerce.


2. 
   

   Good Communication skills in English (Written & Spoken). Regional language knowledge mandatory.

   
   


3. 
   

   Skilled in MS- Excel and Power Point Presentations.

   
   


4. 
   

   Problem-solving aptitude, high accountability.
