Responsible for Knauf India data analytics and digital marketing automation tools (HubSpot), all Knauf.com marketing insight solutions (Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, OneTrust), regional and local content alignment and Contentful as new CMS.

What you’ll be doing:

• Direct contact to regional HubSpot, Digital Marketing, and CX teams for further knowledge sharing and engagement.

• First level support for local team regarding the digital marketing automation solution (Hubspot), Knauf.com marketing insight solutions (Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, OneTrust), and Contentful as new CMS.

Hands-on experience across digital tools and analyzing data

• Marketing Automation tools: Implementation of tools and quantified impact on Customer pipeline and Sales growth.
• Customer Insight tools: Implementation to generate real time multichannel data, measure effectiveness and enhance customer experience across all devices.
• Content Management: Developing multifaceted UX content to reduce bounce rate and increase other relevant KPI’s.
• Analyse deeply the data on all digital platforms and enhance Bounce rate, customer interaction, visits on website.

• Devise new ways of driving traffic to Knauf website. Maintain and update the Customer Journey on the website as required in close collaboration with other stakeholders

• Create and manage link-building and content marketing strategies.

• Devise and implement SEM, SEO and other UX and CX strategies.

• Use various Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant digital marketing tools.

• Stay abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies to support the development of campaigns and brand building for Knauf.

• Analytical mindset and demonstrated experience of developing digital marketing strategies based on data collected with impact on business.

• Strong Project management experience of delivering individually as well as in a complex matrix structure.
