Convert assigned leads through consultative selling

Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable solutions

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture prospects

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Share feedback on market trends and client requirements
