Serial Life Activity

• Conduct weekly / monthly review meeting on Design Notes status with controllers
• CTS Flow Open/Closure based on adoptions planned at export plants.
• Discuss with overseas plants for any concerns / support
• MBOM check/approval for KD countries
• Support team members for any concerns raised by supplier

New Project Activity

• Prepare Project Master schedule & conduct kick off meeting with all stake holders
• KD Spec setting in G2B for new projects
• Conduct Supplier kick off / OTOP readiness meetings with Purchase, Suppliers
• Weekly Project review with controllers to update Parts / PSW / PO / PDS status

Right time escalation to concerned members for issues to avoid project milestones impact.
