Job Description:
Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Facility and Physical Security Operations and meeting customer expectations with a mindset to work in any shifts.
Primary Skill:
Facilities & Administration related works, Physical Security, Access control, surveillance risk assessment, and emergency response supported by strong observational and communication abilities
Secondary Skill:
Empathy
Observation and attention to detail
Communication and personal skill
Conflict resolution basics.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining access card/ID cards database and track inventory of Access cards centrally for our Real estate locations.
Managing entry with locks, biometric systems and Security guards, Handle end to end issuance, activation, deactivation, and replacement of access cards/ID cards.
Coordinate with IT/Security for access rights, escalation levels and audit logs
Coordinate for monthly access cards/ID cards audits for resigned/absconding employees and revoke access within SLA.
Resolve access-related issues and queries from employees/respective departments within 24hours.
Operational responsibility of managing CCTV cameras, alarm monitoring and intrusion detections. Carry out a risk assessment activity with cross functional team towards identifying threats, evaluating vulnerabilities and conducting physical security assessments. -
Support Emergency response management for all our Offices (Executing lockdown controls, responding to incidents and disaster management ( Fires,Floods)
Raising PRs for Facilities and managing all inbound and outbound couriers: receiving, logging, distribution and tracking of couriers.
Liaise with vendors for operational issues
Verify all Facility related vendor invoices, ensure PO/GRN/Service confirmation before submission to finance
Track TAT for invoice clearance and follow up on approvals/clarifications.
Maintain vendor payment tracker for Facilities.
Review vendor duty roasters and coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs and maintenance in Facilities.
Qualifications:
Graduate with1 to 2 years of experience in Security/Facility administration roles.
Technical skills: Operating Security technologies, (CCTV,metal detectors and access control).Strong excel knowledge, MS office proficiency, basic IT skills.understanding relevant Security laws and regulations.
Customer Service: Assisting visitors in case of VIPs.
Excellent supervisory & Soft skills including problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational skills,ability to prioritise tasks and manage time.
