With a solid growth, currently 300+ Evorians are working in offices in India, US, Brazil, Germany, Austria, Spain and Switzerland.Job Description/ Responsibilities:Manage employee onboarding / off boarding and associated processes.Employee leave management on HR system.Drive programs like rewards and recognition, employee surveys.Managing employee Background Verifications.Drive and provide support in areas including but not limited to recruitment, personnel records, employee and/or labour relations, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special HR projects.Help and support in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies.Support HR Business Partners in performance management initiativesReview, update, and communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.Support HR Managers with daily communication with internal business units/functionsResponsible for preparation of weekly and monthly reportsOversee other on-going HR operational activitiesDesired Role:The candidate should have minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR OperationsProven business acumen with good HR awarenessShould have strong understanding in operational side and different aspects of HRExcellent Communication and Presentation SkillsWork independently with minimal supervisionRequired Qualification:Bachelor's degreeMBA / Post Graduation in HR
