Senior Executive - HR Operations

Level - Site Onboarding Administrator (Senior Executive):

• Site Experience lead, People Services Onsite Specialist and all OB stakeholders to ensure employee onboarding is seamless and welcoming for all employees
• Sends New Hire Arrival Information to hires
• Conducts Weekly New Hire Orientation Program
• Coordinates with onsite People Services HRA to ensure employee documentation and system onboarding is managed for all New Hires
• Coordinates Hardware with IT
• Coordinates workspace
• Coordinate Security Access
• Coordinates EHS Activities
• Coordinates and distributes Welcome Kits
• Assists in the collection & validation of background verification and Payroll set up in conjunction with site People Services HRA
• Supports the administration of site experience activities
