Job Description - Senior Executive HR Tech Transformation

The Senior Executive-HRBP Technology plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR leaders by delivering cutting-edge HR technology solutions, advanced analytics, and strategic insights. This position requires an in-depth understanding of HR processes, sophisticated data analytics, and technology implementation to drive HR excellence.

Job Description:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and execute a forward-looking HR technology strategy aligned with the organization's overarching strategic goals.

  • Employ advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to provide senior executive HRBPs with insights related to workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational performance.

  • Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

  • Oversee the integration of HR technology systems with other critical business systems to enable seamless data flow and strategic decision-making.

  • Manage strategic partnerships with HR technology vendors and external partners, evaluating and adopting innovative solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service excellence.

  • Lead change management initiatives related to HR technology projects, ensuring HR leaders and their teams effectively embrace new systems and processes

  • Utilization of AI and machine learning for predictive analytics, employee sentiment analysis, and talent retention modeling.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Extensive experience in HR technology, data analytics, and HR strategy development.

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, data visualization tools, and analytics software.

  • Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in relevant HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) are highly desirable.

Shift timing: 6pm to 3am.
