What You Can Expect:
Sales Coordination & Customer Support
Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals and follow-ups
Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, transit times, and service offerings
Maintain and update customer records in CRM system
Provide post-sales support, including documentation and issue resolution
Shipment Coordination:
Liaise with operations and carriers to track shipments and provide status update to customers.
Handling booking confirmations, freight schedules and cargo availability
Address any shipment-related issues and escalate when necessary
Data Management:
Generate sales report, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse customer trends
Maintain sales pipeline reports and follow up on pending deals.
Prepare reports for sales meetings
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution
Support in customer onboarding and training on logistics processes
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3 years of experience in sales support, customer service roles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle reports, documentation, and stakeholder management efficiently.
