Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Inventory Management to manage inventory planning, procurement coordination, stock accuracy, and replenishment operations across warehouses and service networks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automotive aftermarket industry and strong analytical and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

●     Manage end-to-end inventory planning and stock monitoring across locations

●     Track stock movement, consumption patterns, aging inventory, and replenishment cycles

●     Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, sales, and operations teams for inventory availability

●     Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory

●     Support procurement planning based on demand forecasting and sales trends

●     Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation

●     Prepare MIS reports, inventory dashboards, and analytical reports for management review

●     Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions

●     Improve inventory processes, SOPs, and operational efficiency

●     Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and stock availability

Eligibility Criteria

●     Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

●     2 to 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket inventory management / procurement / planning

●     Experience in spare parts inventory management preferred

Required Skills

●     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

●     Good understanding of inventory control and planning concepts

●     Coordination and stakeholder management skills across departments

●     Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills

●     Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

●     Attention to detail and process orientation

●     Good communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Profile

●     Candidates from automotive spare parts, aftermarket distribution, warehouse, or mobility industry preferred

●     Experience with ERP or inventory management systems will be an added advantage
