| Role Summary | We are hiring a Contracts Specialist to support the U.S. Contracts function by reviewing and providing legal guidance on a high volume of technology and hotel agreements. The role will focus on clause-level analysis, risk identification, and enabling timely business decisions through clear go/no-go recommendations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong due diligence, the ability to work under pressure, and consistently meet tight turnaround timelines while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. |
| Key Roles & Responsibilities | 1. Review and analyze technology contracts and hotel/vendor agreements for legal and business risks 2. Conduct clause-level review and provide clear go/no-go recommendations to stakeholders 3. Draft, redline, and support negotiation of contract terms, amendments, and renewals 4. Perform due diligence and highlight risk areas with mitigation suggestions 5. Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Risk teams on non-standard clauses 6. Manage high volume of contracts, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines |
