Job Description:

We are hiring a Contracts Specialist to support the U.S. Contracts function by reviewing and providing legal guidance on a high volume of technology and hotel agreements. The role will focus on clause-level analysis, risk identification, and enabling timely business decisions through clear go/no-go recommendations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong due diligence, the ability to work under pressure, and consistently meet tight turnaround timelines while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Review and analyze amendments for legal and business risks
Conduct clause-level review and provide clear go/no-go recommendations to stakeholders
Do renewals of expiring contracts
Perform due diligence and highlight risk areas with mitigation suggestions
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Risk teams on non-standard clauses
Manage high volume of contracts, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines

Primary Skill:

Contracts, Legal, drafting, redlining, sourcing, legal advisory, legal review, process optimization

Secondary Skill:

Microsoft office, legal research, CLM

Qualifications:

              LLB (2 years of work experience)
