Senior Executive - Packaging

Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Packaging

Location: (Mumbai – Goregaon)

Grade:- TM-2/ TM - 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve packaging solutions for new and existing products.


• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QA, and Sales teams for packaging execution.


• Optimize packaging cost while maintaining quality and product safety.


• Work with packaging material vendors and manage trials, approvals, and specifications.


• Ensure compliance with packaging standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.


• Maintain necessary documents from each packaging vendor (exporting country specific)


• Resolve packaging-related issues and support continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or a related field.


• 3–7 years of experience in packaging development or packaging operations.


• Experience in Fresh Fruits, FMCG, Food, Agro, Seeds, Crop Care, or Manufacturing industries preferred.


• Knowledge of packaging materials, vendor management, and quality standards.


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
