Job Description - Senior Executive - Personnel

  1. Manage statutory labour law and factory compliance
    requirements.

  2. Ensure timely compliance with applicable Central and
    State Labour Laws.

  3. Handle statutory licences, registrations, renewals,
    amendments, and approvals.

  4. Manage CLRA and contractor compliance requirements.
  5. Conduct vendor/contractor compliance audits and ensure
    closure of observations.

  6. Maintain factory statutory registers, returns, notices,
    licences, welfare, and safety compliance.

  7. Coordinate with government departments for licences,
    approvals, and statutory submissions.

  8. Coordinate Labour Department and Factory Inspectorate
    inspections.

  9. Handle statutory notices, show-cause notices, and
    inspection observations.

  10. Ensure timely closure of statutory notices and
    compliance gaps.

  11. Maintain compliance trackers, statutory records, and
    documentation.

  12. Prepare Compliance MIS, audit reports, and management
    reports.

  13. Maintain effective coordination with clients, vendors,
    contractors, HR teams, and statutory authorities.

  14. Coordinate with Government Departments, Labour Authorities, Factory Inspectorate, EPFO, ESIC, and other statutory authorities for approvals, submissions, inspections, and compliance matters.


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Statutory Labour Laws and Factory Compliance.
  • Practical experience in CLRA Compliance and Vendor/Contractor Audits.
  • Knowledge of Statutory Licensing, Registration, Renewal, Amendments, and Approvals.
  • Exposure to Labour Department and Factory Inspectorate Inspections.
  • Knowledge of Statutory Notices, Show-Cause Notices, and Closure of Compliance Observations.
  • Good knowledge of Statutory Registers, Returns, Records, and Compliance Documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Attendance Management, Working Hours, Overtime, Leave, and related statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in EPFO & ESIC Compliance, including Employee Registration, New Employee Addition, PF/ESI Challan Generation, Remittance, and Returns.
  • Knowledge of PF & ESI Contribution Reconciliation, Employee Addition/Deletion, and Monthly Compliance.
  • Good understanding of Monthly Compliance Tracking, Compliance Calendars, and Statutory Submission Timelines.
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Compliance Monitoring Skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills with Strong Stakeholder Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Compliance MIS.
  • Ability to coordinate with Clients, HR, Payroll Teams, Contractors, Vendors, and Statutory Authorities.
