Senior Executive Pre Counseling

Job Objective: The objective is to attract prospective students to enroll to study abroad services through outbound calls.

Job Description:

• Convert pre-generated leads to productive leads with active participation into counseling of students.   


• Regular engagement with leads / accounts to convert them into Sales with Shiksha.com.                   


• Ensure proper documentation with students as per business processes and guidelines of international universities


• Maintain MIS and database of qualified leads for effective coordination and conversion

Required Skills :

• Sales orientation


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written


• Data Orientation

Desired Skills :

• Customer centric approach


• Inside sales experience in the education domain.
