Senior Executive Revenue Operations

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive to support the Revenue Operations function across forecasting, reporting, CRM/ERP management, and business analytics. The role will work closely with various stakeholder teams to improve revenue visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, dashboards, Excel, and cross-functional teams, while driving process standardization and operational excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties:  

Revenue Reporting & Analytics

• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reporting processes.


• Update and maintain RevOps and consolidated reports for smooth functioning.


• Assist in preparing leadership reports and business reviews.


• Monitor revenue trends and account-level performance metrics.


• Perform quality checks and identify reporting discrepancies

Forecasting & Revenue Operations

• Consolidate forecast inputs from different teams.


• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles.


• Track forecast versus actual performance and prepare variance analyses.


• Monitor pipeline movement and revenue realization trends.


• Assist in annual planning and target-setting exercises.

CRM & NetSuite Operations

• Maintain CRM/ERP hygiene and ensure data accuracy.


• Support project and opportunity transitions into NetSuite.


• Validate fields, workflows, and stage mappings.


• Track missing or incorrect data and coordinate fixes with stakeholders.


• Experience in NetSuite stabilization and adoption initiatives or any other ERP tools.

Dashboard Management & Automation

• Refresh and maintain dashboards for various stakeholders.


• Support dashboard automation and data validation.


• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process improvements.


• Create and maintain reporting playbooks and SOPs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with different teams to gather relevant revenue-operations details.


• Prepare weekly business updates and meeting trackers.


• Support QBR planning and data preparation.


• Follow up on action items and maintain documentation.


• Support the operations team with segmentation and other details related to accounts/opportunities.

Experience

•  1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics.


• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.


• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.


• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and familiarity with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.


• High attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in reporting and dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).


• Understanding of forecasting and pipeline management.


• Experience working with cross-functional teams.


• Familiarity with automation and workflow optimization in NetSuite or any other ERP is preferred.
