Job Description - Senior Executive - Sales

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a highly driven sales
professional who will manage both primary (dealer) and secondary
(project/retail) sales within an assigned territory. The primary goals are to
achieve monthly/annual revenue targets, increase product visibility, and build
a robust network of channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel
    Management:
    Appoint
    new distributors, dealers, and sub -dealers to maximize market penetration
    and ensure optimal stock levels at all partner retail outlets.

  • Demand
    Generation & Influencer Engagement:
    Drive brand awareness by engaging with key
    influencers, including masons, applicators, contractors, and architects,
    through on -site visits, product demonstrations, and structured
    contractor/mason meets.

  • Target
    Achievement:
    Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual volume and value sales
    targets for tile adhesives, grouts, and allied products.

  • Market
    Intelligence:
    Continuously analyze the local market, track competitor activities, and
    monitor changing pricing trends, economic indicators, and customer
    preferences.

  • Site
    & Project Sales:
    Actively track ongoing construction projects, pitch technical
    solutions to builders/developers, and drive B2B/project sales.

  • Reporting
    & Compliance:
    Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reports, manage billing and
    collections, and ensure compliance with the company’s credit policies



Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Typically 3 to 6 years of
    proven field sales experience, specifically in the Tile Adhesive, Dry Mix,
    or Construction Chemicals industry.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Civil
    egg; a post -graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) is highly
    preferred.

  • Network: An existing, strong network
    of tile dealers, contractors, and architects in the assigned geographic
    zone.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation,
    technical product presentation, objection -handling, and communication
    skills.
