Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop territory-wise sales plans and execution strategies
Monitor primary and secondary sales performance
Drive volume growth and revenue expansion

Responsibilities

Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
Ensure proper stock availability and distribution reach
Monitor distributor ROI, stock rotation, and compliance
Resolve channel conflicts and strengthen relationships

Qualifications

BE, MBA, Graduate
