Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team, with a strong background in SAP/IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement, particularly in consulting and technology-driven environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.

  2. Draft and send targeted recruiting emails for passive sourcing.

  3. Review resumes and application forms to shortlist candidates.

  4. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.

  5. Coordinate and administer screening assessments (logical, language, numerical).

  6. Post and manage job openings on careers pages, job boards, and internally.

  7. Provide timely shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

  8. Manage offer rollouts, compensation discussions, and post-offer engagement.

  9. Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events.

  10. Support onboarding, documentation, and new hire integration.

Key Skills Required:

  1. Proven experience in SAP/IT hiring (consulting domain preferred)

  2. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement strategies

  3. Stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  4. Recruitment analytics and trend forecasting

  5. Resume database handling (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)

  6. Familiarity with employee referral programs

  7. High accuracy in MIS and recruitment dashboards

  8. Effective communication and problem-solving ability

Educational Qualification:

BSc – IT or any graduate degree (preferred)
