Senior Executive Talent Acquisition

1. End -to -End
Recruitment

• Manage full -cycle recruitment: sourcing,
  screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  
• Handle hiring for roles such as:
  
• Facility Manager, Maintenance or
  production Engineers
  
• Production, Quality, Supply Chain
  
• EHS, Admin, and support staff
  

2. Sourcing &
Talent Pipeline

• Source candidates through job portals
  (Naukri, LinkedIn), consultancies, and referrals
  
• Build strong pipeline for manufacturing
  and shop -floor roles
  
• Conduct market mapping in Chennai/Tamil
  Nadu region
  

3. Stakeholder
Management

• Work closely with hiring managers to
  understand role requirements
  
• Provide insights on candidate
  availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring timelines
  

4. Screening &
Evaluation

• Conduct initial HR screening and
  coordinate technical interviews
  
• Assess candidate fit for startup and
  factory environment
  

5. Offer &
Closure

• Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and
  candidate closure
  
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining
  process
  

6. Recruitment
Operations

• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes
  and documentation
  

 Key Skills: 

·        Strong
understanding of manufacturing roles and skillsets

·        Hands -on
experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter)

·        Excellent
stakeholder and candidate management skills

·        Strong
negotiation and closing ability

·        Ability to
work with speed and handle multiple roles

Technical Skills: 

• Strong understanding of end -to -end
  recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,
  offer management, and onboarding
  
• Expertise in manufacturing/industrial
  hiring, including roles across production, maintenance, quality,
  supply chain, and plant operations
  
• Proficient in using job portals and
  sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent
  platforms
  
• Ability to build and manage talent
  pipelines for technical and shop -floor roles within Chennai/Tamil Nadu
  market
  
• Skilled in candidate assessment and
  screening, including evaluating technical fit and cultural alignment
  for a startup environment
  
• Strong knowledge of salary
  benchmarking, market mapping, and hiring trends in the manufacturing
  sector
  
• Experience in stakeholder management,
  working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive
  closures
  
• Strong negotiation and offer management
  skills to ensure timely hiring closures
  

 Authority:

fast -paced environment

in maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics

to manage end -to -end recruitment processes for assigned roles
