Training Delivery
• Deliver engaging training programs on Apple products , operating systems, services and third -party accessories
• Facilitate new hire training programs, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and sales readiness within the stipulated time
• Conduct New Product Introduction (NPI) training sessions aligned with Apple product launches, ensuring stores are launch -ready with product knowledge
• Lead product refresher training and skill enhancement workshops to maintain high competency standards across all retail locations
• Utilise diverse training methodologies including classroom sessions, virtual training, hands -on demonstrations, role -plays, case studies, and scenario -based learning
• Deliver both in -person and virtual training sessions using web conferencing tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Needs Analysis & Program Development
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Cluster managers and Retail leadership to conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps by analysing sales data, customer feedback and performance metrics
• Develop engaging training materials including presentations, product
Evaluation
• Conduct pre - and post -training assessments to measure knowledge acquisition and skill development
• Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, manager evaluations, mystery shopping, and performance data analysis
• Conduct in -store observations and coaching sessions to assess product knowledge application and customer interaction quality
• Prepare comprehensive training reports and dashboards tracking participation rates, assessment scores, training ROI, and business impact
Store Support
• Conduct regular store visits across Pan -India locations to observe sales interactions, provide on -the -job coaching, and identify training needs
• Deliver in -store training workshops and product knowledge sessions tailored to specific store requirements
• Serve as a product knowledge expert and resource for retail teams, answering complex product queries and providing sales support.
Documentation & Administration
• Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System, tracking employee participation, completion rates, and certification status
• Manage training calendar and ensure timely communication of training schedules to stakeholdersAbility to build formulas and prepare reconciliations, schedules, and analytical reports
Professional Capabilities and Skills
• Prior experience in Apple Premium Reseller, Apple Authorized Reseller, or premium technology retail is highly preferred
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft ppt, word and excel
• Deep knowledge of the Apple ecosystem and operating systems or a tech mindset
• Strong business acumen and understanding of retail KPIs (conversion rates, average transaction value, customer satisfaction)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organisational levels
• High adaptability, ownership and resilience in fast -paced, dynamic retail environments
• Self -motivated with a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
Travel Requirements
• This role requires travel across Pan -India locations including tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 cities.
• The trainer must be flexible with travel schedules aligned with business needs, product launches, and training calendars.
Compliance
• Ensure adherence to in -house training standards and Apple training and compliance guidelines.
