Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for a US-based healthcare
- Communicate clearly and professionally with US customers and healthcare stakeholders.
- Understand customer/patient requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate information and follow process guidelines.
- Handle calls with patience, confidence, and professionalism.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a rotational-shift environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Education: No specific educational qualification required.
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Excellent English communication and conversation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Common sense, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in US voice/customer support or healthcare processes will be an advantage.
Shift Timings
- 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Candidates should be comfortable working in US shift timings.
Work Location & Schedule
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Weekly Off: 2 rotational days off
- Process: US Healthcare

The ideal candidate should have strong spoken English, confidence while handling calls, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced US healthcare environment.
