About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Video Production with strong hands-on experience in camera operation, lighting, and audio. The primary responsibility is to independently manage the technical aspects of shoots and deliver high-quality footage.

Key Responsibilities

●     Handle camera operation, framing, composition, focus, exposure, lenses, and camera settings.

●     Set up and manage lighting for studio, outdoor, interview, product, and social media shoots.

●     Handle audio recording, including wireless lavalier, shotgun microphones, and audio recorders.

●     Plan and execute camera, lighting, and audio setups based on the creative brief.

●     Operate equipment such as cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lights, softboxes, and microphones.

●     Ensure consistent visual and audio quality throughout the shoot.

●     Troubleshoot technical issues and make quick decisions on set.

●     Coordinate with talent, presenters, creatives, and production teams.

●     Manage equipment, batteries, memory cards, footage, and basic file organisation.

●     Support the editing team by reviewing and organising footage after shoots.

Requirements

●     3–5+ years of experience in videography/video production.

●     Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.

●     Good understanding of cinematography, composition, exposure, and lighting techniques.

●     Ability to independently manage camera + lighting + audio on a shoot.

●     Experience with studio and on-location productions.

●     Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

●     Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects skills.

Good to Have

●     Experience shooting YouTube, social media, product, corporate, and branded content.

●     Knowledge of gimbals, teleprompters, multi-camera setups, and basic colour grading.

●     Familiarity with AI-assisted video production tools.
