Senior Executive, Warehousing & Transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily transportation activities and delivery routes.

• Coordinate vehicle allocation based on shipment priorities and capacity.

• Monitor dispatch operations and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Optimize transportation costs, route efficiency, and fleet utilization.

• Liaise with transport vendors, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams.

• Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues promptly.

• Maintain transportation records, MIS reports, and logistics documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, transportation laws, and company policies.

• Analyze logistics performance metrics and suggest process improvements.

• Handle emergency transportation adjustments and escalation management.

• Plan in- or/and outbound transport taking into account transport regulation;

• Combine orders to achieve efficient transportation.

• Manage unforeseen incidents in the transportation planning process.
