The individual will handle end-to-end HR transactional activities, ensure high-quality data integrity, support SLA commitments, manage stakeholder interactions, and contribute to process improvement and automation across VOIS HR Operations.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Process a wide range of HR transactions within existing and new processes, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.\n\n\u2022 Maintain performance within agreed Service Level Agreements and support consistent operational excellence. \n\u2022 Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and manual processes, meeting audit and integrity requirements. \n\u2022 Contribute to improving HR systems and processes, including identifying opportunities for digital enhancements and automation. \n\u2022 Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support SMEs and team leads for seamless HR service delivery.\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly Organisation Management and Employee Central. \n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n\u2022 Ability to meet timelines and deliver consistently within SLAs. \n\u2022 0\u20132 years of experience, ideally in a shared services environment. \n\u2022 A graduate degree; MBA in Human Resources preferred.\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
