Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Implementation:
  
  
  
  • Develop and configure MES applications (e.g., PharmaSuite, Syncade, Siemens OpCenter) tailored to site-specific requirements.
  
  
  • Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and PLC systems for seamless data flow.
  
  
  
  


• Compliance & Validation:
  
  
  
  • Ensure MES solutions meet GMP, GxP, and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards.
  
  
  • Prepare and execute validation protocols using tools like KNEAT or similar.
  
  
  
  


• Process Optimization:
  
  
  
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  
  
  • Support electronic batch records (EBRs) and automated compliance tracking.
  
  
  
  


• Maintenance & Support:
  
  
  
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for MES systems.
  
  
  • Implement upgrades and maintain system documentation.
  
  
  
  


• Collaboration:
  
  
  
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to standardize MES processes across sites.
  
  
  • Liaise with MES vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
