Overall process owner for the offer creation process at TA Ops. Ensuring the offer creation. Providing regular dashboards of Offer creation, FTR & insufficiencies Experience in Offer/appointment letter creation Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills Subject matter expertise in data & document validation Internal audits and process improvement. Provide weekly /Monthly dashboard on offer letter creation Identify, recommend & facilitate the implementation of process improvement initiatives ideas to improve efficiency. Be a custodian of all offer documents and handover to On boarding team at the time of joining.
