This role is based in Hyderabad and plays a critical part in shaping and safeguarding Lonza’s SAP access and authorization landscape. You will help design, implement and sustain secure, compliant access models across global SAP environments, directly contributing to business continuity, audit readiness and digital transformation.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain SAP authorization and role-based access models with a strong risk-based and compliance-focused approach.
• Support global projects by defining SAP Secure Access concepts across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, quality and compliance teams to ensure secure and auditable access management.
• Lead and coordinate external authorization resources, ensuring delivery against agreed service levels and governance requirements.
• Strengthen segregation of duties (SoD) controls through proactive monitoring, analysis and remediation of access risks.
• Contribute to the rollout and cutover of new access concepts for S/4 systems, including Fiori roles and catalogs.
• Support the establishment and continuous improvement of authorization processes, documentation and operating models.
   

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in SAP Access and Security, including role design and authorization concepts in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and identity/provisioning solutions such as SailPoint.
• Solid understanding of segregation of duties, compliance requirements and audit expectations in regulated environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams and partnering effectively with both IT and business stakeholders.
• A background in Computer Science or a related IT field, with the ability to translate business needs into secure technical solutions.
• Clear communication skills, with confidence in facilitating discussions and guiding stakeholders toward practical outcomes.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and professional growth.
