Senior Finance Analyst / Lead Analyst

Overview: 

We are looking to hire a
Senior Finance Analyst / Lead Analyst to strengthen our Finance team at
Daloopa. This role will focus on driving financial planning, reporting, and
core accounting operations, while providing actionable insights to support
business decisions.

You will own key finance
processes including FP&A, monthly MIS, and accounting workflows, and
work closely with stakeholders across the business. This is a
high-ownership role that combines analytical thinking with hands-on execution,
with opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency in a fast-paced
environment.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Drive FP&A activities, including
  budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, ensuring alignment with
  business goals and leadership expectations.
  
• Own and prepare monthly MIS and financial
  reports, delivering clear and structured insights to internal stakeholders
  and leadership teams.
  
• Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis and variance
  reporting, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities across business
  units.
  
• Build and maintain financial models to
  support business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
  
• Conduct business performance analysis,
  translating financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional
  stakeholders.
  
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations,
  including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and ensuring
  accuracy of financial records.
  
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts
  Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  
• Oversee payroll processing for 500+ employees
  using Zoho Payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  
• Work extensively with Zoho Books to manage
  accounting workflows, reporting, and financial data integrity.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory and
  regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other applicable
  laws.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to
  improve financial reporting quality and transparency.
  
• Identify opportunities for process
  improvement and automation, driving efficiency across finance operations.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in
  Finance, Accounting, or FP&A roles.
  
• Education: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
  or equivalent.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in financial
  planning, reporting, and accounting operations.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory), including
  advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Working knowledge of financial modeling and
  variance analysis.
  
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho
  Payroll is highly preferred.
  
• Good understanding of statutory compliances such
  as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.
  
• Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools would
  be an added advantage.
  
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and
  analytical approach to problem-solving.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership
  environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Good communication skills with the ability to
  work cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders.
