Job Title : Senior Finance & Audit Executive
Experience : 6+ Years ( Atleast 2 years in Auditor Office/Company secretary Office )
Location : Ram Nagar, Coimbatore

We are looking for experienced Finance & Audit professionals to join our team immediately. This is a senior-level role requiring strong knowledge in accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit coordination. Candidates with prior experience in an Auditor’s office or Company Secretary office will be preferred.

Experience Required:

•  Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts
  

• At least 2 years of experience in an Auditor’s office or Company Secretary office is mandatory
  

• Hands-on experience in ROC filing and statutory compliance processes
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations
  

•  Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, ROC filing and statutory compliance activities
  

•  Preparing financial statements, MIS reports, reconciliation, and audit schedules
  

•  Coordinating with auditors, banks, and government departments
  

•  Maintaining company compliance records and documentation
  

•  Handling invoice verification, vendor payments, and expense tracking
  

•  Supporting finalisation of accounts and audit processes
  

•  Ensuring accuracy in financial data and timely reporting
  

Required Skills:

•  Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  

•  Experience in ROC filing, GST filing, TDS filing, and statutory compliance
  

•  Good understanding of audit documentation and taxation processes
  

•  Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

•  Good communication skills in English (listening, understanding, and speaking)
  

•   Ability to handle responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
