Job Description - Senior Finance Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage accounting operations while supporting business decisions in our growing e -commerce business. The ideal candidate should understand management objectives, take ownership of responsibilities, think beyond routine accounting tasks, and contribute to improving financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day -to -day accounting transactions and financial records.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow reports.
Monitor e -commerce transactions, marketplace settlements, payment gateway reconciliations, and vendor payments.
Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
Analyze financial performance, identify cost -saving opportunities, and support management with business insights.
Take ownership of finance -related responsibilities and contribute to process improvements across departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in accounting and finance (e -commerce experience preferred).
Hands -on experience in GST and TDS filing is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem -solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, business -oriented mindset.
